Is therapy for me?

Personal learning and `growth` are courageous acts of people who want to become better people, better partners and better parents. Growth in counselling therapy requires both a deep knowledge of the human sciences and plenty of practice of the required skills. I will work collaboratively with each client helping them to seize the opportunity of creating a better tomorrow today.

When individuals, couples and families want to have more connection and satisfaction, motivation and meaning, passion and peace in their lives, they need to learn more about their feelings—their emotional intelligence. This learning requires a determined effort at self-discovery and a willingness to learn the language of feeling, a readiness to risk personal vulnerability and a desire to experience a more whole and balanced existence. For those who persevere, the rewards in relationships and family life are beyond measurement.
